CHECK-IN FAQS

1. HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM, PAY FOR MY STAY AND GET A RECEIPT?
To reserve a room, use our website. You can also book through our partners on their websites. Guests who use our “Stanza Nashville Concierge App” can bid for the best room rate in Nashville and upon arrival, go straight to their assigned room. Guest who don’t use our app will register (“check in”) at the kiosk in the lobby where a facial image is taken for security and access. Your phone can open your room, so can the facial recognition system. Guests cannot pay cash for any service. Receipts for all services are sent only by e-mail. 

2. WHAT KIND OF SECURITY IS PROVIDED?
Access to the building is restricted after midnight, a highly trained concierge is on duty in the lobby 24 hours a day. Biometric readers and powerful mobile phone enabled access controls determine elevator privileges for each floor and control room access. Together with security cameras, energy efficient lighting throughout the building and street scape lighting, we create a modern, safe environment for all guests.

3. YOU USE FACE AUTHENTICATION FOR ACCESS CONTROLS? WHAT ABOUT CARD KEYS?
We are dedicated to your security as well as the use of technology to make your stay in Nashville safe and enjoyable. This is a keyless hotel. No card keys are issued.

LOBBY AND LET LOOSE ROOFTOP BAR FAQS

1. CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE IN THE LOBBY AFTER CHECK OUT OR PRIOR TO CHECK IN?
Sure! Large lockers are available in the lobby for a small fee to offer temporary storage, but there is no funny dude in a “bellhop” outfit hanging out to collect a tip.

2. IS THERE ANY FOOD IN THE LOBBY OR ROOFTOP BAR?
Food sold in the lobby’s smart kiosk (vending machine) is typically fast access, sport oriented, light eating to hold you over. Food sold in the Let Loose rooftop bar is typically of the liquid kind--served over ice, shaken or stirred. Parties can reserve the Let Loose and have any of Nashville’s amazing restaurants cater a spectacular display of calories, or parties who have reserved an entire floor can use their Launch Pad as a picnic area. Whatever you do, make sure to enjoy some free local brew while taking in the unimpeded view of Nashville’s downtown cityscape during the Manager’s Let Loose Happy Hour.

GUEST ROOM FAQ

1. WHAT ABOUT SMOKING? 
This is a no-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed on the rooftop deck only, outside the atrium on the Launch Pad.

2. DO YOU CLEAN ROOMS DAILY?
The shower towels, bath towel and bath mats are changed daily. As a green hotel, we simply don’t change the bedding until you check out. For customers who care to pay for the service, a scheduled bedding change is only $15 per request. If you stay five nights or longer, a complimentary bedding change is included. 

3. IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS?
Enjoy the high-speed, free Wi-Fi throughout our facility. We think that matters.

4. WHAT IS THE SIZE AND BED SIZE OF THE ROOMS?
• Queen Bed, Standard Room: about 185 sq ft
• Queen Bed, Deluxe Corner Room: about 350 sq ft
• Double Queen Bed Room: about 400 sq ft
• Deluxe Murphy Bed, integrated into a larger space that can be used on an optional basis as a Meeting Room: about 550 sq. ft.

5. CAN I CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM?
This is a small, energy efficient building and we are dedicated to conserve power. Each floor is kept at comfortable, constant temperatures with energy efficient units. Each room is equipped to automatically turn off lights if the guest is not present. 

6. IS THERE A PHONE IN THE ROOM?
No. Everyone has a mobile phone. You can use the in-room tablet to interface with hotel systems, the television and emergency communications.

7. WHAT ARE THE AMENITIES AND FIXTURES IN THE ROOM?
Deluxe bath and face towels are provided. As are Nashville’s own Thistle Farms bath products. If you forgot something, head for the lobby where our smart kiosk sells locally produced products wherever possible, including gift items, Thistle Farms bath products, hairbrush, cotton swabs, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste and other conveniences.

8. IS THERE AN ADA ACCESSIBLE ROOM?
The hotel meets requirements to provide handicap accessible rooms.
